Low Temperature Control
The inlet air temperature is stable and controllable, and the actual heating temperature of the materials is strictly controlled at ≤55℃.
This value is much lower than the 150–220℃ used in traditional spray drying processes, ensuring a low-temperature environment from the source.
Parallel Flow Drying
Adopts a unique parallel flow drying mode, allowing hot air and material droplets to flow in the same direction.
It ensures that material particles are exposed to low-temperature air throughout the entire drying cycle, effectively avoiding activity loss caused by local overheating.
